Site-specific SWMS written against your templates, daily pre-starts, test panels and cylinders through NATA-accredited labs, and documentation that slots into your ITP rather than sitting beside it. We have worked under Doval, PCA Ground Engineering, Oz Stabilisation and Yurika on TMR and Stanwell programs, so the systems are not new to us.

Two John Winn WP60 Spraymaster high-pressure line pumps with hose and line systems rated to 40MPa. Line runs beyond 100 metres and aggregate up to 20mm, plus spray compressor hire and ancillary shotcrete equipment. Robotic and hand-applied options by arrangement.

PUMPD is based at Glass House Mountains, between Beerburrum and Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast rail line. For a principal contractor that is a program advantage rather than a postcode. No travel premium on a callout, a crew that can be on the face inside a weather window, and a genuinely local subcontractor for participation and local content commitments.
Regular service covers the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Fraser Coast and Northern Rivers NSW, with regional Queensland and NSW by arrangement. The plant is set up to mobilise quickly for remote, programmed or shutdown works.

Yes, and on civil work that is the usual arrangement. Your crew places the mesh and anchors, we bring the plant, the operator and the nozzleman. Full scope with excavation, drainage and formwork is available where it suits the program.
