PNG ground support, one of the largest in the hemisphere.

Blake Andreas started in concrete remediation and guniting, doing dry-mix shotcreting, mock rock and basement ground support on constrained urban sites. That turned into hard rock mining — robotic and tele-remote shotcreting, shaft lining in difficult geotechnical conditions, and developing custom mix designs for whatever the ground was doing that week.

In 2024 he supervised ground support on one of the largest shotcrete contracts in the southern hemisphere in Papua New Guinea, running crews and training both hand and robotic nozzlemen. PUMPD is that standard brought back to South East Queensland and pointed at civil, commercial and residential work.

What it means for you is simple enough. The person who quotes the job is the person who runs it, and the phone gets answered by someone who has actually sprayed the thing you are asking about.

Help you deliver your program, safely and to spec

Provide concrete pumping and shotcreting solutions that help clients deliver their programs safely, on time and to specification. That is the whole job description, and everything else on this page is in service of it.

Long-term relationships get built on the boring things: turning up when we said, telling you early when something is wrong, and improving the equipment, methods and documentation rather than doing it the way we did it five years ago.

  • On timeConfirmed the afternoon before, on the face when we said
  • To specWet-mix batched to the engineer’s number, test panels where called for
  • DocumentedVariations recorded on the day with a photo, signature and timestamp

The crew that
turns up

Small, owner-operated and deliberately so. The same operators on your job every time, which is why most of the book is repeat work.
